Position Summary:
We are looking for a kind and hardworking person to add to our fast-paced Dermatology Department! We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great employee relationship and customer service skills. This role works with providers and partner with clinical team lead, and front office team lead to create a well-rounded support to help the office run efficiently, while helping to maintain a fair work environment for all team members.
Essential Job Functions:
Interacts daily with physicians to ensure proper flow of communication between them and the support teams. Ensures training and reviews are completed on time. Manage time clocks and payroll submissions Supports hiring, training, and reviews performed by team leads. Place orders and help with inventory strategies. Make changes in process where necessary to ensure conformance to clinic policies. Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner. Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances or disputes. Manage difficult clinical patient situations. Respond promptly to patient needs. Ensure good quality patient relationships. Partnering with HR when necessary. Attends all Leadership and other meetings as required. Develop office processes and procedures for work activity. Assist administrator with staff education and training. Review reports from billing to ensure proper information is maintained on patient demographics, insurance, and charge codes. Any other duties that ensure the office is running efficiently, and patient care is being maintained as a top priority
Qualifications:
Management experience preferred. Must have experience working in the medical field. Medical office management experience preferred.
Hours:
M-F, 40 hours
