We are a growing company that specializes in cabinets, flooring, countertops, painting, custom woodwork, and handyman services. We are looking for an organized and dependable Office Manager to support our team and help keep daily office operations running smoothly. You'll be an important part of our office culture and workflow.What You'll Do:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
- Be the go-to person for in-office support and communication.
- Handle Accounts Payables
- Handle Payroll
- Assist salesmen in Account Receivables
- Handle employment paperwork.
- Handle insurance needs.
- Handle vehicle registrations.
- Handle business licensing.
- Support leadership with special projects as needed
- Create and maintain a happy, fun, and productive work space.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related role
- Strong organization and time management
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Comfortable using computers, office software, and email. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
A Big Plus:
We will give special consideration to candidates who have a good eye for home interior design — especially an understanding of: flooring types and trends tile styles and arrangements (bathrooms/showers) paint color choices and how they work together cabinet styles and finishes what's current and popular in interior spaces You don't need to be a designer, but we want someone who: notices aesthetic details understands what looks good can help support design discussions with customers How toApply:
