Job Description

An established pediatric dental and orthodontic practice in the greater Salt Lake City area is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. Known for providing compassionate, high-quality care in a fun and welcoming environment, our practice is committed to creating positive experiences for children and families throughout the community. As the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the practice while supporting a collaborative, upbeat, and patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, patient flow, billing, insurance verification, and front desk coordination Lead, train, coach, and support administrative team members to ensure excellent patient experiences Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all healthcare administrative regulations Partner with providers and leadership to improve office efficiency and workflow processes Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and efficiently Monitor office performance metrics including production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and patient retention Manage office inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordering Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and overall team development Support a positive, child-friendly environment for patients and families
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Previous dental or healthcare office management experience required; pediatric dental experience strongly preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, billing processes, and scheduling systems Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, multi-provider environment Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service If you are a driven and compassionate leader looking to grow your career in pediatric dentistry, we encourage you to apply today.

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
