This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive office management, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service for clients and staff alike. You will be the welcoming face of the practice, answering phones, managing workflows, overseeing healthcare practice management systems, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Your energetic, compassionate approach and organizational expertise will help foster a professional environment where efficiency and compassion thrive. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and staff warmly while managing all front desk activities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Schedule appointments, coordinate patient flow, and manage patient management software including EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and health policy standards by safeguarding patient records and managing confidentiality protocols diligently . Oversee office operations including supply procurement and general day to day tasks. Coordinate with healthcare providers on clinic management tasks such as utilization management, managed care processes, and medical records administration to optimize practice efficiency. Requirements Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and basic calendaring functioning is essential. Demonstrated supervisory experience in healthcare environments with excellent managerial communication skills. Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and compassionately. Prior experience in dental or veterinary office settings is a plus but not required; acute care or hospital experience is highly valued.
