DOE General Responsibilities:
As an Office Manager/SET Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. Your duties will include but are not limited to, partnering with leadership to manage office operations, support advisor onboarding and sales execution (SET), provide coaching and administrative support to new advisors and interns, and help ensure successful execution of district initiatives. You will ensure the smooth running of the office, foster a productive work environment, and implement efficient processes to optimize office functions. Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, visitors, mail, office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. Support leadership with projects, events, reporting, vendor coordination, invoicing, and operational initiatives. Coordinate onboarding for new Financial Representatives and maintain onboarding checklists and compliant client files. Provide sales execution support including application processing, underwriting follow-up, scheduling medical requirements, status tracking, and client communications. Conduct regular support meetings with assigned advisors and interns; provide SET and activity coaching (ACE) focused on their activity, productivity, and business development goals. Maintain CRM records, reports, logs, and documentation in accordance with company standards. Assist advisors with sourcing, pipeline management, marketing support, and practice-building activities. Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and general administrative requests. Qualifications Administrative, operations, customer service, or sales support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic file management. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Self-starter committed to continuous learning; Life & Health licensing is a plus. Bachelor's Degree Preferred, but not required.
