Ashburn, VA (Headquarters)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Job Type:
Contract (1 month) Cherry Bekaert is partnering with a dynamic organization seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office Manager to support daily operations at their Ashburn headquarters. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment while supporting employees, leadership, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Manage office supply and inventory processes, including Staples, Amazon, and snack orders Maintain and track inventory for office supplies, coffee/tea, and snacks Coordinate delivery, unpacking, and organization of office materials Order business cards and support onboarding logistics, including new hire swag Handle all mailing and shipping functions for headquarters Greet and assist visitors and new hires, including front desk coverage (especially Mondays) Support employee engagement efforts, such as sending cards or arranging flowers Assist with facility access troubleshooting and basic operational issues Partner with office vendors (e.g., copier services, beverage systems) Provide guidance on conference room reservations and office resources Coordinate lunch orders and catering as needed Qualifications Prior experience in an office coordination, administrative, or facilities support role preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Customer-service mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach Comfortable interacting with employees, leadership, and external visitors Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor (business casual environment) Why Join This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in the office and takes pride in creating a positive workplace experience.
