Job Description
The Office Manager II independently oversees and provides on-site administrative operational oversight to a single medical practice or site. This position provides comprehensive support to the practice through a triad model with a Nurse Clinical Coordinator and lead Physician. The Office Manager II position provides operational management to all staff at the assigned practice, is responsible for accounts payable/accounts receivable, staff development and training, team engagement, staff scheduling, and overall business operations. This position acts as a role model and drives Centra's mission, vision, values, and standards of behavior.

$52,444.00 - $83,910.00 / Annually Oversees the business management of a medical practice, including coding invoices for payment, monitoring and analyzing monthly reports for variances, managing office finances. Directs daily operations of a medical practice, including but not limited to scheduling staff, directing and assigning work tasks, ensuring all employees have training to successfully perform duties, managing employee performance, and ensuring the practice and its staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identifies gaps, develops, and implement plans for continuous quality improvement, including on-going review and reassessment. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to meet business goals, optimize strategic goals, drive team engagement, and meet or exceed patient experience goals so that the practice can successfully act out Centra's mission of Excellent Care for Life. Manages physician and advance practice provider schedules to optimize safety and efficiency. Audits and directs data entry into an electronic health records system; Assists staff with managing patient message boxes for responses to patients within the same business day. Collaborates with Nursing Clinical Coordinator and Lead Physician to conduct quality improvement, ensure regulatory requirements are met Identifies and reviews staffing plans, identifying salary and non-salary expenses, justifying expense variances, and action planning to increase revenue. Conducts financials by reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable, managing collections, processing invoices, and collaborating w/Finance and Physician Revenue Cycle. Tracks/assists the practice with review of and plans to meet Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) measures, American Nurses Credentialing Center Magnet Program standards, The Joint Commission standards, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)Benefits
