Job description: Office Manager -
Lead, Build, Grow Chesapeake Bay ENT Locations:
Belle Haven, VA This is not a standard Office Manager position. This is a leadership opportunity. At Chesapeake Bay ENT, we are looking for a driven, growth-minded leader who is ready to take full ownership of the Belle Haven location and elevate it to the next level. As Office Manager, you will serve as the bridge between: Administration and staff Providers and medical assistants The practice and our patients You will have full operational leadership of your locations. We want you to think like an entrepreneur — as if these offices are your own small businesses. You will have the autonomy to: Shape team culture Develop staff Improve workflows Increase efficiency Drive growth Strengthen patient experience Market your locations in the community Your success will directly impact staff morale, provider satisfaction, and patient outcomes.
This role is responsible for:
Managing daily operations of office Leading and mentoring front and back office team Hiring, onboarding, and conducting performance evaluations Training new staff (you will learn the practice from front to back) Ensuring exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction Creating cohesive teamwork between providers and staff Monitoring KPIs and maintaining detailed monthly reports for administration Identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement Marketing your locations within the community Ensuring accountability and consistency across teams
Schedule:
3 days per week 12-hour shifts One Saturday per month required
