The Opportunity We are seeking an organized, dependable Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes organized, coordinating details, supporting people, and helping a growing service business operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities Maintain office records, supplies, administrative systems, and shared documents Support recruiting coordination and onboarding paperwork including employee files, personnel updates, and required document tracking Coordinate vendor paperwork, insurance documents, forms, and administrative follow-up Help track company devices, software access, and basic technology coordination Maintain fleet and equipment records, service files, repair updates, and compliance-related documentation Support leadership with scheduling, meeting preparation, notes, reports, and follow-up items Prepare documents, forms, and internal materials Track deadlines, tasks, open items, and administrative commitments Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, clients, and internal team members Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all administrative work We Offer Health, dental, and vision plans Paid time off and holidays. Simple IRA (after eligibility period) Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Background & Requirements Previous administrative, office coordination, or operations support experience preferred Light bookkeeping or purchasing experienced preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage confidential information appropriately Proficiency with email, shared calendars, spreadsheets, documents, and Microsoft 365 Experience coordinating with vendors or outside service providers preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn company systems, procedures, and industry-specific processes
