Business Office Manager Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 104-bed skilled nursing conveniently located in beautiful downtown Leesburg, VA. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Officer Manager to join our leadership team. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our facility. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient office workflows, managing business office functions, supporting financial operations, coordinating vendor relationships, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare business office experience, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of billing and reimbursement processes within a nursing and long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office Manage resident accounts, billing, collections, and financial reporting Coordinate with vendors and maintain vendor relationships Monitor budgets and assist with financial management activities Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Support admissions, insurance verification, and reimbursement processes Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with facility leadership to support operational goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Minimum of three (3) years of Business Office Management experience in a healthcare environment Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid/Medical Assistance, private pay, and insurance billing procedures Understanding of insurance regulations, contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and collections processes Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with business office systems and financial reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
