Job Description

Position Summary:
The People Operations/HR Generalist supports all aspects of the employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted partner to leadership and employees. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, benefits administration, performance management, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Partner with managers to support employee relations, coaching, performance management, and corrective actions. Administer benefits enrollment, leave of absence processes, and workers' compensation Maintain employee files and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, OSHA, and internal audits. Support training initiatives, employee engagement programs, recognition efforts, and retention strategies. Generate HR metrics and reports to support workforce planning and business decisions. Assist with policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes. Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and workplace concerns. Collaborate with operations leadership to drive a positive employee experience and organizational success.
Qualifications:
2-5+ years of progressive HR experience. Experience with payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycom preferred). Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
