Job description: Mennowood Retirement Community is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day business and administrative operations of our community. Mennowood is a nonprofit, non-denominational retirement community. Our mission is to provide exceptional care in a welcoming environment where residents and employees thrive. In this vital role, you'll support residents, families, and team members by managing the community's business and administrative operations. Responsibilities Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and rent roll Process Long-Term Care insurance claims and related documentation Coordinate payroll and employee benefits paperwork Support recruitment, hiring, and new employee onboarding Serve as the primary contact for office technology and IT coordination Oversee purchasing, office operations, and general administrative functions Qualifications Previous business office, accounting, or administrative experience required Experience with accounting or business office software Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Assisted living or senior living experience preferred PCC experience preferred If you're an organized professional who enjoys supporting others and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
