About Us:
We are a leading orthodontic practice with six bustling locations committed to providing exceptional patient care and high-quality orthodontic treatment. Our practices thrive on teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for creating confident smiles. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee operations at our 2 locations.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of two of our orthodontic practices. This includes ensuring seamless workflows, maintaining high standards of patient service, managing staff schedules, overseeing billing and financial processes, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise office staff while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure smooth office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient communication, and compliance with orthodontic practice standards.
Financial Management:
Oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and accurate record-keeping.
Patient Experience:
Ensure an exceptional patient experience by managing customer service and addressing patient inquiries or concerns effectively.
Process Improvement:
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Coordination Across Locations:
Effectively manage time and resources across all locations, maintaining consistency and quality of operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting (required). Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of dental/orthodontic practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Ortho Edge) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial management experience, including billing and collections. Detail-oriented and solution-focused with a proactive mindset.
