Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Manager to support daily office operations and company leadership. This role is essential to keeping the office running efficiently and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. In addition to administrative and office management duties, this position will interact directly with clients and assist them in selecting materials for their projects. This includes walking outside to view materials and providing professional, customer-focused guidance. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation Manage scheduling for internal meetings and client appointments Provide administrative support to management, including correspondence and task coordination Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office is organized, stocked, and functioning efficiently Order office supplies, distribute mail, and handle general office tasks Assist clients with selecting materials for their projects, including walking outside to view inventory and displays Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members Support bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and basic financial tracking (QuickBooks preferred) Foster clear communication and collaboration across departments Assist with sales-related administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in office administration or a similar role Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable interacting with clients and providing customer support Willingness and ability to walk outside and assist with material selection as part of daily responsibilities Leadership qualities to manage office functions effectively Bookkeeping experience; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus Sales experience is a plus Willingness to complete a 2-week in-person training at our Hampton office Office Schedule Monday•
