This position ensures efficient office operations, provides support to staff and leadership, and helps maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for clients, community partners, and visitors. The Office Manager works collaboratively with staff across all three office locations to support organizational goals and consistent operational practices. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned office location
  • Maintain organized office systems, records, and filing procedures
  • Order and monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory needs
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office communications
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, professional, and welcoming
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, conference rooms, training, and office events
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees and volunteers at the assigned location
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative documents
  • Demonstrate strong technology skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for office technology, equipment, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Assist staff with printers, scanners, phones, video conferencing equipment, and other office technology needs
  • Assist with reception coverage
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and office-related purchases
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to office operations Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous office management, administrative, or nonprofit experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce and/or Justice Server
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple office locations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a nonprofit, legal aid, or community services environment
  • Experience supporting multi-site office operations
  • Bilingual skills are a plus Work Environment This position is based in the assigned office location and may occasionally coordinate with or travel to other organizational offices for meetings, trainings, or operational support. Salary range $51,500
