Friendship is looking for a Business Office Services Manager to monitor and enforce compliance with Friendship Retirement Business Office policies and procedures. The Business Office Services Manager is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with Friendship's Business Office policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Daily management of census data Obtain complete and accurate data for claim/statement creation within stated timeframes Manage Private collections to meet Friendship goals Manage Resident Trust Fund in accordance with Federal and State regulations
Qualifications:
Must possess strong insurance knowledge especially as it pertains to third party payers such as Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care organizations Must possess excellent customer service skills Must be able to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment Must be organized with great attention to detail Must be able to work a flexible schedule Benefits for
