Roanoke Va Job Summary We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong computer and Microsoft Office skills . This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for full-time employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, assisting customers and employees, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Greet visitors, applicants, and customers. Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. Manage data entry, filing, and document organization. Prepare reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets. Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars. Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee records. Handle email communication and general office correspondence. Maintain accurate and confidential records. Support management with various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Previous office administration, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred. Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite , including: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check . Must successfully pass a drug screen upon hire to full-time status .
