Join Our Team - Office Manager Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys wearing many hats and making a meaningful difference in your community? On Our Own of Roanoke is seeking an experienced Office Manager to help lead the daily administrative and operational functions of our peer-run recovery organization. This is more than an office management position—it's an opportunity to support a mission-driven nonprofit that provides hope, connection, and recovery support to individuals living with mental health and substance use challenges. Working closely with the Executive Director, Program Manager, Grants Administrator, Bookkeeper, and Administrative Assistant, the Office Manager will oversee office operations, coordinate financial and administrative processes, assist with human resources functions, maintain organizational systems, and help ensure the agency runs efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a nonprofit environment. Strong communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency with office technology are essential.
