Serve as a core member of the leadership team, overseeing 12 to 15 office personnel. This role balances daily operations, team leadership, financial backup duties, customer relations, and monthly reporting under the direction of the
General Manager Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Personnel Management Staff Supervision:
Manage and schedule daily operations for 12-15 office employees.
Coverage Logistics:
Coordinate and approve team vacations, lunch hours, and personal appointments.
Staff Development:
Oversee employee cross-training, hiring processes, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations
Operational & Financial Back-up Department Coverage:
Act as the primary operational backup for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) positions during their Paid Time Off (PTO).
Financial Approvals:
Research and approve credit memos.
Fund Management:
Review and authorize company postage checks.
Customer Relations & Communication Order Status:
Facilitate direct communication with clients regarding delayed print jobs.
Sales Support:
Proactively reach out to customers concerning quotes to recover business.
Reporting & Analytics Production Metrics:
Calculate, compile, and distribute monthly production reports.
Inventory Control:
Compute and report monthly corporate inventory totals.
Special Initiatives:
Execute targeted projects and market/operational research assigned by the General Manager.
Position Requirements Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
Work Style:
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,520.00 per year
