This is more than a front desk position. As the first and last person our patients interact with, you play a critical role in helping them feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their rehabilitation journey. What You'll DoCreate Exceptional Patient Experiences Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Deliver "unreasonable hospitality" that exceeds expectations Answer phones, texts, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally Help patients navigate paperwork, scheduling, and insurance requirements Coordinate Patient Care Schedule new evaluations and follow-up appointments Verify patient information and maintain accurate records Send intake paperwork and appointment reminders Manage referrals and assist patients through the onboarding process Keep Operations Running Smoothly Manage incoming faxes, mail, and electronic communications Track and complete follow-up tasks Scan, organize, and maintain patient documentation Prepare necessary paperwork for clinical and insurance requirements Ensure the clinic remains organized, stocked, and welcoming Support the Team Collaborate closely with therapists and clinical staff Assist with administrative projects and workflow management Help maintain efficient daily operations Contribute ideas that improve patient experience and office efficiency Our Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: ✔ Love helping people and building relationships ✔ Have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills ✔ Communicate clearly and professionally ✔ Take initiative and enjoy solving problems ✔ Pay close attention to details ✔ Thrive in a team-oriented environment ✔ Are comfortable learning new technology and systems ✔ Bring positive energy and professionalism to work every day
Qualifications Preferred:
Administrative, customer service, healthcare, or front office experience Experience with scheduling software, EMRs, or healthcare systems Strong computer and communication skills
Required:
