Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong accounting expertise to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage daily office operations while overseeing financial processes that keep our organization running smoothly. Your contributions will ensure accurate financial record-keeping and seamless office management. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, including data entry, record keeping, and customer service. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger using QuickBooks. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes; process invoices, payments, and collections efficiently Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and ensuring proper deductions in compliance with applicable laws Assist with budgeting activities by tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and analyzing variances against budgets Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities; perform double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate records Prepare financial reports including income statements, cash flow statements, and other documentation for internal review or external audits Support tax preparation efforts by organizing financial data and ensuring timely submission of required documentation Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks Expertise in account reconciliation techniques including bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping system; ability to prepare journal entries accurately Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll management systems Experience with financial report writing, budgeting, and financial analysis tools Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently; excellent attention to detail for account analysis and account reconciliation tasks Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and preparing clear financial documentation Join us in this vital role where your expertise will directly impact our operational success!
