Service Office Manager

Service Office Manager We are an Emergency Vehicle and Light/Medium/Heavy Duty Diesel repair shop looking for a high-capacity, upbeat Service Office Manager to open the office every day and keep things running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on staying organized, enjoys interacting with customers, and is comfortable managing tasks and projects with minimal hand-holding.

Responsibilities:

Open the office daily and ensure it's ready for business Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries Take on and track tasks and projects assigned by management Help coordinate workflow between the office and the shop Maintain organized records, files, and schedules Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs as they come up

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills — able to juggle multiple tasks and follow through without things falling through the cracks Upbeat, high-energy personality with a genuine enjoyment of helping people Comfortable managing projects and taking ownership of assigned tasks Google Workspace experience highly preferred (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Service industry background is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently to open and run the office
