Part-Time, In-Person About ADAMS Radiant Hearts Academy ADAMS Radiant Hearts Academy is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office Manager to support the daily operations of our school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, families, and staff while helping maintain an efficient and welcoming school environment. Position Summary The Office Manager serves as a key point of contact for students, families, and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational setting. Key Responsibilities Manage daily student arrival and dismissal procedures. Serve as a welcoming point of contact for families, visitors, and staff. Assist with field trips, transportation logistics, school events, and special programs. Maintain organized storage areas and inventory of school supplies. Monitor supply levels and coordinate purchasing needs with school leadership. Manage student medication and health documentation processes in accordance with school policies. Support administrative operations, scheduling, filing, and record maintenance. Assist with communications and general office management tasks. Ensure the responsible use and care of school resources and equipment. Follow all school policies and procedures. Qualifications Required Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in spoken and written English. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Willingness to obtain CPR and Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. Positive attitude and collaborative approach. Preferred Prior administrative, office management, or school office experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Experience working in a school or nonprofit environment. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with student information systems or administrative software. Ideal Candidate Organized and detail-oriented. Friendly, approachable, and service-focused. Able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solver with excellent follow-through.
