Job Description

Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, directing inquiries, and coordinating guest arrivals. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring conference rooms, kitchens, common areas, and office supplies are organized, stocked, and maintained. Coordinate office catering, meal orders, and meeting logistics. Distribute incoming mail and packages and manage outgoing shipments. Reconcile corporate credit card expenses and support expense reporting through Concur. Assist with administrative projects and provide general office support as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in office management, reception, administrative support, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with executives, clients, and visitors. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology. Experience with expense reporting systems such as Concur is preferred.

$24.00 - $33.00 per hour
