About Us We are a growing home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality non-medical care to seniors and individuals who need assistance at home. We are seeking a strong leader who excels at managing people, creating accountability, and helping build a positive team culture. Position Summary The Home Care Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our non-medical home care division. This role is heavily focused on staff management, accountability, recruiting, scheduling oversight, payroll, and billing. We are willing to train the right candidate who has strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow with our company. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers Hold staff accountable for attendance, punctuality, documentation, and performance standards Oversee and support the scheduling coordinator to ensure shifts are staffed appropriately Assist with caregiver coaching, counseling, and performance improvement Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers Maintain employee files and compliance records Assist with client service issues and caregiver concerns Monitor key performance indicators and operational goals Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture Qualifications Previous management, office management, staffing, healthcare, or customer service leadership experience preferred Strong people-management and communication skills Ability to lead difficult conversations and enforce company expectations Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or senior care is a plus, but not required Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented What We're Looking For A leader who can manage people effectively Someone comfortable holding caregivers accountable A team builder who can recruit and retain quality staff A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment A professional who can balance compassion with accountability Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Paid training Career growth opportunities Supportive leadership team Apply Today If you are a strong leader who enjoys managing people, building teams, and making a difference in the lives of clients and caregivers, we'd love to hear from you.
