This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions with clients, staff, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to office and program staff. Serve as a point of contact for clients, community partners, and external agencies both in person and by phone. Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation in accordance with organizational policies. Support scheduling, data entry, and routine office operations. Utilize office equipment including computers, multi-line phone systems, copiers, and other administrative tools. Ensure professional communication in all written and verbal interactions. Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience in an office setting. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and calendar management/scheduling. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with data entry, data tracking, record management, and basic report generation. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data management, and administrative tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Experience using HRIS, database, or other business systems preferred, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Tagalog) preferred.
Pay:
