Autobahn Body Works is looking for an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our busy auto body repair shop! This role involves managing office functions and ensuring smooth scheduling and communication with customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to support our team's success. Automotive experience a plus, but certainly not required! Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including clerical tasks, filing systems, and front desk management Manage scheduling for repair appointments Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships Maintain accurate bookkeeping and banking ledgers Ensure effective communication with customers Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities Proficiency calendar management tools, and basic bookkeeping practices Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Join us to be a vital part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in vehicle repair!
