Responsibilities Manages and oversees office staff, including hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, terminating, etc. Oversight of accounting function and related information Responsible for all aspects of general ledger Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reports Processes payroll and tax liabilities Oversees vendor management and outsourcing Issues timely and complete financial statements Complies with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filing Inspect accounting records and schedules for efficiency and accuracy Organize and update financial records Perform various monthly reconciliations Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
