Are you a natural organizer, people-leader, and problem-solver? We're looking for a hands-on Office Manager to lead our front office operations and create an exceptional first impression for tenants, property owners, and visitors. If you enjoy running a smooth, professional office while supporting a great team, this role is for you. Position Summary The Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the front office for a property management company. This role supervises the front desk team, manages phone systems and office operations, supports tenant move-ins and move-outs, and ensures a professional, organized, and customer-focused office environment. The Office Manager is a hands-on leader who ensures smooth front desk operations and high-quality service for tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Supervise, schedule, train, and support a small team of front desk employees Ensure professional, efficient handling of phone calls and walk-in visitors Manage the company phone system (RingCentral), including call routing and voicemail Oversee tenant move-in and move-out processes and related records Manage keys, mail, office equipment, and supplies Support office security, cleaning, and facilities coordination Resolve escalated customer concerns and support property managers as needed Point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands. Oversee the handling of lobby traffic and ensure it is conducted in a friendly and polite manner. Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and company events Ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants and promotes a quality living experience for all residents. Open and close desk and area during operating hours and ensure all procedures are completed properly. Perform other duties as requested. Experience Required 3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience 3+ years of supervisory experience Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of business and management principles.
