Bremerton The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team at The Arbor Assisted Living and Memory Care. The ideal candidate will assist the Executive Director in day-to-day administrative tasks, including facility billing, accounts receivable, and collections. You will also assist with incoming phone calls, accounts payable, preliminary review of payroll, and HR functions to ensure efficient operations within our community.
What You'll Do:
Daily Responsibilities:
Assist in overall functions and controls within the community. Maximize cash flow through effective billing and collection processes. Provide office support to the Executive Director and Business Office Manager as required. Maintain the Human Resources/Payroll and accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain employee and resident files for the community. Oversee and manage the tracking of employee licenses and maintain the employee matrix. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, resident funds, and cash receipts. Assist with resident move-ins and conduct facility tours. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all data, including resident, team member, and operational information. Assist with billing Medicaid to ensure prompt payment of claims.
What You'll Bring:
High school graduate or equivalent. Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Previous office experience is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills are required. Collections experience is preferred. Phone Etiquette is required. Experience in Medicaid Billing required.

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
