Qualifications Overview The Glen at Maple Falls is a gated, recreational community near Mount Baker in Maple Falls, Washington, designed for seasonal, nature-focused living with 1,200+ privately owned, serviced lots. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized General Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. Responsibilities (but not limited to) Point of Contact for Board Members, Owners, Guests, Vendors and Staff always maintaining a professional and positive attitude Read and understand The Glens Covenant, Bylaw, Administration, ACB and Personnel manuals. Be ready to answer questions with kindness and eagerness to help. Complete BOD Meeting minutes and assist the Board Members with meeting preparation and attend all meetings. Manage collections, delinquency, and potential lien/foreclosure process and insure compliance with WA State Law Part of 2 person team with payroll management Enforce governing documents and issue violation notices Manage vendor contracts and compliance Oversee Reserve Fund maintenance and compliance including yearly Reserve Study Under the direction of the Board of Directors, manage the office employee cycle, may include hiring, training and performance reviews Manage payroll inquiries including Employment Security and Labor Industries Finish all tasks given by BOD promptly and with efficiency Oversee budget compliance and forecast next year budget prep Assist with yearly Audit inquiries Must work weekends. Tuesday and Wednesday office is closed Qualifications Proven experience in office management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy skills Three years of experience with QuickBooks Online Basic Accounting Knowledge including budget managment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Proven experience with Payroll Join us as the General Office Manager to be an essential part of our team!
