What you will do:
Work alongside Admissions Director to complete and file all necessary admission paperwork Coordinate Medicaid paperwork with residents Coordinate and implement all payer source changes into PCC AR and collections tasks Manage resident trust account Answer and transfer incoming phone calls Billing (Medicare, Medicaid, Private insurance, etc.) Must have: Long term care experience preferred, particularly in an accounts receivable, admissions support, or business office setting Previous experience in billing various medical insurances required Knowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare processes required Ability to organize, plan, and work autonomously Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff Have special interest and positive attitude about working with long-term care residents Caldera Cares for you!
