Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and accounting operations for a growing group of small businesses. This role supports a diverse portfolio of companies and helps keep financial records, office processes, and internal coordination running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage a busy office environment with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support across multiple related business entities.
  • Manage accounts payable activities, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Record journal entries and support upkeep of the general ledger to ensure reliable accounting records.
  • Coordinate front-office functions, including answering inquiries and handling receptionist-related tasks in a detail-oriented manner.
  • Monitor and replenish office materials to keep the workplace organized and fully supplied.
  • Assist with financial administration using systems such as QuickBooks and ServiceTitan.
  • Support operations leadership with reporting, documentation, and general office coordination.
  • Help maintain organized processes for a workforce of approximately 80 to 90 employees across several businesses.
The salary range for this position is $80k to $115k. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with a match and 15 days of paid vacation and sick time and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
