Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Legal Office Services Manager for a professional legal services environment in downtown Seattle, WA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a polished, service-focused leader who enjoys managing daily office operations, supporting high-level client service, and keeping a busy office running smoothly. In this role, you will oversee site operations, lead one team member, and partner closely with office leadership to ensure excellent service delivery across document production, hospitality support, mail services, copy services, and administrative operations. This is a strong opportunity for someone who brings a mix of management experience, hospitality-minded customer service, and hands-on document or print services knowledge. - Manage day-to-day office services operations within a professional legal office environment.
- Supervise, coach, and support one employee while promoting accountability, service quality, and teamwork.
- Oversee document production, printing, copying, imaging, mail, shipping, and related office support services.
- Coordinate hospitality services, conference room setups, and client-facing support needs.
- Monitor service levels, operational performance, workflow priorities, and issue resolution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business reviews, and updates for office leadership. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$24.00 to $27.23 per hour.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Location:

Business Casual. Required Qualifications and Skills- Manage daily site operations in a legal office services environment.
- Lead staff performance, coaching, scheduling support, and service delivery expectations.
- Oversee document production, print services, copy services, imaging, mail, shipping, and hospitality support.
- Partner with office leadership to manage service levels, reporting, and operational priorities.
- 2 or more years of management or supervisory experience.
- 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience in a professional office, hospitality, legal, administrative, or service environment.
- Experience with document production, copy center operations, print services, imaging, or related office services functions.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, employees, and leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Technology-proficient with the ability to learn and use office systems, equipment, and service tools.
- Strong customer service mindset with a polished, hospitality-focused approach. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Office Services Manager, Site Manager, Copy Center Manager, or Print Services Manager.
- Prior experience in legal office services or a law firm support environment.
- Background in hospitality operations, conference services, mailroom supervision, records management, imaging, facilities coordination, or administrative operations.
- Experience preparing reports, service reviews, operational updates, or client-facing presentations.
