This position is responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping functions, payroll, office administration, and assisting with overall business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable & receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain accurate financial records Process invoice and payments Assist with payroll and expense tracking Prepare financial reports as needed Work with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office General overall administrative assistance with general business operations Qualifications Previous bookkeeping and general ledger experience preferred High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong multi-tasking and computer skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Knowledge of prevailing wage compliance, payroll reporting requirements, tax compliance requirements, and HR-related recordkeeping Experience in a law office is a plus
Hours:
