Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Office Manager to lead the administrative and financial operations within a senior care community. This pivotal role combines expertise in healthcare management, office administration, and fiscal oversight to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with healthcare regulations, and exceptional resident service. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors through efficient practice management. Responsibilities Oversee all financial aspects of the community, including budgeting, billing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting Manage office operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support in administrative support functions, onboarding new employees, and office management procedures. Coordinate with long term care insurance providers for monthly invoicing and payments Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and HIPAA privacy rules. Support care staff and healthcare teams by providing necessary administrative resources Strong fiscal management skills with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and practice management. Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead administrative teams effectively within healthcare settings. Experience managing new hire functions related to staffing and training records Ability to coordinate complex scheduling for multidisciplinary teams while ensuring smooth clinic operations. Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail necessary for managing budgets, billing processes, and regulatory documentation.
