We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and driven Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee daily office operations and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth workflow, and compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements. Hire, train, and supervise office staff Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Oversee payroll, cash management, and daily banking Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records Manage manufacturer accounts, warranty claims, and rebates Process new hire and termination paperwork and maintain employee files Collaborate with dealership leadership to support business goalsWhat We're Looking For:
