Career Growth What You'll Do:

Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and equipment failures Track maintenance activity and keep accurate records of repairs and inspections Assist in facility improvement projects and procurement of materials

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical certification or vocational training is a plus) 5+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or facility setting Familiarity with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

Physical and Other Requirements:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Frequently required to stand, walk and perform manual tasks Occasionally required to kneel, stoop, climb, or work at heights or up to 20 feet Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed Ready to Build Your Future with Us?
