Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth administrative processes. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor to foster a welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Maintain office cleanliness and organization to ensure a productive workspace Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, both in person and via phone or email Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs Familiarity with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Knowledge of office management software like QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us as a Front Desk Agent where your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will make a meaningful impact every day!
