The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership and communication skills to oversee the administrative operations of our office. Responsibilities
  • Supervise office staff and delegate tasks effectively
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Plan and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office
  • Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Support the team with general clerical tasks as needed
  • Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPPA regulations
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their policies.
  • Maintain state insurance licensing.
  • Engage in training with current and new employees.
  • Any other duties set forth by management. Experience
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Previous experience in event planning is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is essential.
