Job Description

Storm Guard Roofing & Construction is seeking an experienced full-time Office Administrator to join our administrative team in Madison, WI.
THE BASICS
Pay :
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $105,000 per year .
Schedule :
This role is a full-time , on-site position based in Madison, Wisconsin. The Office Administrator will work standard business hours within a collaborative and supportive environment.

YOUR DAY AS AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
In this administrative role, you will oversee daily operations and coordinate communication between the production, sales, and administrative teams. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and company documentation, organizing internal meetings, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new team members. Your duties will also include implementing systems to improve efficiency, supporting human resources processes, and serving as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors. By supporting various departments and maintaining high standards of organization, you will help ensure that we provide exceptional service to its customers and fosters a positive work environment for all employees.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Experience in office administration, team support, or operations coordination Tech-savvy and familiar with office management software and workflows Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable coordinating multiple priorities and teams Motivated to ensure high performance and smooth operations across teams
