With a focus on quality and affordable housing. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Mequon, WI. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, including administrative tasks, bookkeeping and banking. Additional responsibilities include supervising office staff, maintaining records, assisting tenants, and fostering a professional and organized work environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build positive relationships and resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including maintaining records, organizing schedules, and managing office tasks. Familiarity with using and maintaining Office Equipment and ensuring smooth daily operations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Quickbooks, Buildium property software and general computer skills. Previous experience in a similar office management or administrative role is highly beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
