Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional customer service, guest relations, and smooth administrative functions. You will oversee daily front desk activities, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with various departments to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a dynamic resort or hotel environment. Duties Lead and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with excellent phone etiquette Coordinate night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data integrity overnight Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and exceeding expectations through personalized service Implement hospitality management best practices to streamline operations and improve overall guest experience Train staff on hotel management protocols, customer service standards, and multilingual communication skills to serve diverse guests effectively Additional admin tasks assigned as needed, such as banquet postings and payments. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front desk operations Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse clientele Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and a passion for hospitality Ability to lead, motivate, and train front desk teams in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel experience standards Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally in multiple languages Join us as a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team with energy and expertise!
