Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and executive support to company leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence. Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, visitors, customers, vendors, and business partners. Coordinate schedules, project timelines, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and other materials to support leadership and operations. Maintain organized records, project documentation, office files, and business systems. Assist with purchasing, invoice processing, vendor communication, and other office management responsibilities. Support special projects and help identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or similar support role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
