Job Description

Office Manager We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in New Berlin, WI. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, able to work well within a team, possess strong computer skills, have excellent interpersonal skills, and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with callers and employees over the phone or in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Create memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as necessary. Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as electronic filing, photocopying and collating, in/outgoing mail, and UPS. Ensure the office is stocked with the appropriate supplies and contact the correct person to order more. Work closely with our Brand Ambassador with Company events and employee engagement Work closely with our HQ Onboarding Manager to help facilitate new hire orientations Other duties as assigned.
Key Skills:
Positive attitude and capable of contributing each day to the company culture with how they greet each guest, handle each call and welcome both employees and visitors. Clear communication skills - phone, mail, email, and in-person. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal communication skills. Experience and fluency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
