Office Administrator Confidential Company A growing company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and assist with customer and delivery coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and provides excellent customer service. Responsibilities Communicate with delivery teams and customers regarding orders and schedules Maintain organized office files and delivery documentation Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Ensure accurate record keeping and document organization Qualifications Professional and courteous demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous customer service experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work additional hours when needed Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (available the 1st of the month after 60 days) 401(k) Retirement Plan (available after 90 days) 401(k)
