Job Description

We are looking for a flexible office admin candiate with go-getter mentality for a local driving school. Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract prospective CDL students through outreach events, community engagement, and digital campaigns. Conduct engaging presentations and informational sessions to educate potential students about program benefits, requirements, and career opportunities. Manage student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and a customer-focused approach. Maintain accurate records of applicant information using student information systems, spreadsheets, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Collaborate with educational institutions, community organizations, and industry partners to promote program awareness and facilitate student enrollment. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with educational policies, licensing regulations, and confidentiality standards for handling sensitive information. Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate outreach effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Experience Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management within an academic or educational setting. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to confidently present information to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including spreadsheets for data management. Experience working with students from varied backgrounds, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Background in education administration or academic advising is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
