Job Description
Greensburg Bed & Biscuit is a busy kennel for dogs and cats offering boarding, grooming, training and daycare. Full time evening hours. Shifts would be primarily 1-7pm with some weekend hours possible occasionally. We are seeking an experienced front office administrator who can quickly learn our software and systems to assist customers on the phone, computer and in person with scheduling, billing and check ins and check outs. We are hoping to find an individual with potential to quickly grow into the role of Office Manager, so experience in organizing and managing a fast paced, multi-faceted business is a plus. Must love animals, but the position is not direct animal care. Must enjoy helping people and supporting our team of animal care specialists. The right individual will have previous office experience, be exceptionally organized, be reliable, have excellent grammar and communication skills, with a friendly, positive attitude. Starting pay is based on past work experience. We also include tip sharing, paid time off and employee discounts.
