Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our office and field teams run efficiently. This is a leadership role for someone who can take control, manage multiple moving parts, and keep both employees and customers on track. The ideal candidate will have a background in dispatching, skilled trades, construction, plumbing or other industrial/service-based environments and understands the urgency and demands of coordinating field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead daily office operations and administrative staff Dispatch and coordinate field crews, ensuring efficient scheduling and routing Oversee job scheduling, including handling last-minute changes and emergency calls Act as the main point of contact for customers, resolving issues and de-escalating concerns professionally Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) , including invoicing and collections Track job progress and ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction Maintain clear communication between office staff, field technicians, and customers Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of office personnel if needed Ensure all documentation, records, and systems are accurate and up to date
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management, dispatching, or operations within a service-based or industrial industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and hold a team accountable Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Experience with AP/AR, invoicing, scheduling, and customer service Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure Strong communication skills — both with customers and internal teams High level of organization and attention to detail Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and confidence
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to pass pre-employment screenings 2 years preferred in an office management role
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$18.00 per hour

In person
