Accountant / Full-Time Office Manager A large and growing rental property management company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Full-Time Office Manager to join our team in Princeton, WV. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing daily office operations Accounts payable and other accounting tasks Financial reporting and recordkeeping Leasing and tenant relations duties Answering phones and responding to emails Processing paperwork and maintaining files Coordinating with vendors, tenants, and staff Assisting with various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications Applicants MUST:
Have at least 2 years of accounting experience and/or property management experience Live within 30 minutes of Princeton, WV Possess excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel Be able to pass a background check and drug screening Have a high school diploma (college education is a plus) Compensation & Schedule Compensation will be based on experience, skills, performance, and qualifications.
